Over The Top Drone Services ("we", "us", "our") provides drone inspection and aerial photography services across Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire and Middlesex.

When you submit our contact / quote request form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you provide one
- The service you're enquiring about
- Any details you give us about your site, property, or requirements
We do not collect payment details through this website.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide only to:
- Respond to your enquiry
- Arrange and carry out any drone inspection or photography service you book with us
- Keep basic business records of enquiries and completed jobs
We do not use your information for marketing unless you separately agree to that, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
4. Our legal basis for processing your data
Under UK GDPR, we rely on:
- Legitimate interests — responding to enquiries sent to us
- Contract — where we go on to provide a service you've booked, to fulfil that agreement
- Legal obligation — where we need to retain records for tax and accounting purposes
5. How your enquiry reaches us
When you submit the contact form on this site, your details are sent by email directly to our business inbox. We do not store form submissions in a database on this website — the only record kept is the email itself.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry emails and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with your enquiry, deliver any service you've booked, and meet our legal and accounting obligations — typically no longer than six years, in line with standard UK financial record-keeping requirements.
7. Who we share your information with
We don't share your personal information with third parties, except:
- Where we're required to by law
- With professional advisors, such as an accountant, where reasonably necessary for running the business
8. Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to help us understand how visitors use it — for example, which pages are viewed and roughly how visitors found us. This is only loaded if you click Accept on the cookie banner shown when you first visit. If you click Decline, no analytics cookies are set, and none of your browsing on this site is sent to Google Analytics.
